Qassim Cement Company announces the decision of its board of directors issued on 13-01-2022 G corresponding to 10-06-1443 H, which includes the appointment of the Board Chairman, Vice Charmin, the formation of the Committees, as follows:

First: Appointment of Dr. Muhammad bin Nasser Abdullah Al Dawood as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. (Non-Executive)

Second: Appointing Eng. Muteb bin Mohammed Saad Al Shathri as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. (non-executive)

Third: Forming the committees of the Board of Directors as follows:

Formation of the Executive Committee headed by Dr. Muhammad bin Nasser Abdullah Al Dawood (Non-Executive) and the membership of: Eng. Muteb bin Mohammed Saad Al Shathri (Non-Executive), Mr. Saad bin Ibrahim Saad Al Mashouh (Independent), and Dr. Ghazi bin Abdulrahim Mohmmed Al Rawi (Independent), and Eng. Omar bin Abdullah Brahim Al Omar (Executive).

Formation of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee headed by Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Rawwaf (Independent) and the membership of: Mr. Tariq bin Khalid Mohammed Al Marshoud (Non-Executive) and Dr. Fahd bin Mosa Al-Zahrani (from outside the Board).

Fourth: The Board Secretary and representatives of the company at the Capital Market Authority and at the Capital Market (Tadawul) were appointed.
