Eligibility date: Monday 28-08-2023 corresponding to 12-02-1445 (H), The eligibility is for shareholders who own the shares on the date of eligibility, and who are registered in the company's shareholders’ register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of second trading day following the eligibility date.

 

Distribution Date: Wednesday 17-09-2023 corresponding to 02-03-1445 (H)
