With reference to the announcement of Qassim Cement Company (“QCC” or the “Company”) on the Saudi Exchange’s website on 07/12/1445H (corresponding 13/06/2024G) regarding the completion of the procedures of the acquisition of Hail Cement Company (“HCC”) and the deposit of the Company’s consideration shares to the entitled HCC shareholders (“Entitled Shareholders”), the Company is pleased to announce the completion of the fraction shares sale process and the deposit of the proceeds of the sale in the accounts of the Entitled Shareholders.
