In continuation of Qassim Cement Company's commitment to initiatives aimed at enhancing vegetation cover and combating desertification, CEO and Board Member Eng. Omar bin Abdullah Al-Omar inaugurated the second part of Phase One of the 'Green Qassim Cement' initiative at the company's plant yesterday, Wednesday, in the presence of executive management and several employees.

The initiative aims to plant 30,000 wild trees in the company's plants in Qassim, Hail, and surrounding areas, in accordance with the region's environmental conditions and climate.

This new step is a continuation of the company's previous efforts to expand vegetation cover and fulfill its environmental commitment within the framework of the Saudi Green Initiative and Saudi Vision 2030.
